Jamie Spears Files New Legal Documents in Britney Spears' Conservatorship Case

Jamie's new legal documents come after Britney's attorney told the judge this month that the Pop Princess would not like to perform again.

Britney Spears' lawyer Sam Ingham recently said that the "Hold It Against Me" singer comes up short on the ability to sign declarations.

According to new documents seen by TMZ, Jamie Spears says his daughter has the right to be heard. The 68-year-old adds that Britney's conservatorship does not mean she has no rights.

Jamie continues that Ingham does not have boundless power to be his daughter's "exclusive voice."

Jamie likewise notes that Britney has testified at depositions in the past during the conservatorship. He believes that the multi-awarded singer should have the option to represent herself.

Jamie's new legal documents come after Britney's attorney told the judge this month that the Pop Princess would not like to perform again.
