As shown in the pictures, the naked hairy actor is sitting on his bed. Salvatore is known for his role as Zack in the gay film series titled "Eating Out."
He was ranked at #41 on AfterElton's annual list of the top 50 gay and bisexual male celebrities back in 2011.
