Britney said, "Hi, this is Britney Spears. Just so you know I want out of this cship. I've been blackmailed by visitation with my babies by the cship. I'm confined, restrained, & stripped of my civil rights. And I demand the state of California to review this case because I feel it's illegal."
Prior to Britney being put in conservatorship, under control of her father Jamie Spears, and while undergoing a public breakdown, she started getting close to Sam.

Soon, Sam made claims to be Britney's new manager, but the family of the singer said that he was more of a factor in her fall from grace.
One theory holds that it is his alleged power over the singer's life that ultimately led to the conservatorship.
