Dax Shepard's most perfect Mother's Day surprise was sharing a nude photo of his wife Kristen Bell.

On Instagram, Shepard posted a photo of Bell doing yoga wearing only knee-high socks.
"Mom'ing has changed since I was a kid … and I'm here for it," he captioned the snap.

"Look at this specimen: kind, patient, nurturing, hilarious, Uber talented, generous, hard AND soft," Shepard added. "My girls and I hit the MegaMom Lottery in spectacular fashion. We are so grateful and so in love with you @kristenanniebell."
Also on Instagram, Bell took the opportunity to thank Shepard. She wrote: "Thank u @DaxShepard for giving me the best Mother's Day ever."
Bell and Shepard have been married since 2013. They have two daughters, Lincoln and Delta.
