BTS' J-Hope Breaks Multiple Records With His Solo Album

BTS member J-Hope has broken a lot of records with his solo album!

With the release of his solo album, "Jack In The Box," J-Hope debuted at number eight on Spotify's Global Top Artists chart, becoming the highest-ranking Korean solo artist on the chart.

In addition, he joined BTS as the only K-Pop act to ever reach the top ten of the said chart. Also, J-Hope ranked 28 on the daily chart, retaining his position on the top 30.

Streams of J-Hope's album, which consists of ten tracks, reached 19,669,487 on Spotify on its first day, becoming the second-biggest debut album released in 2022 by a K-Pop act. Furthermore, the album earned the biggest Spotify debut for a Korean solo artist ever.

"Arson," J-Hope's album title song, had over 3.8 million streams on its first day. It was the second best-streaming song from the album, after "MORE," which had over 5.4 million streams on its first day.

The full list of tracks from the "Jack In The Box" album appeared on Spotify's Global Chart Top 100, with "MORE" ranking as the highest-charting song.
