Meghan Trainor Hoping to Welcome Second Child in 2023


According to the star, she had been trying to get pregnant "months ago" but had been too busy with work commitments.

Pop star Meghan Trainor has revealed that she is hoping to get pregnant again in 2023. The singer, who is married to actor Daryl Sabara and already has a 20-month-old son, Riley, said that she would like to expand her family to four children in total.

"Hopefully, I'll be pregnant. I'm trying to make four children, so I've got to get on it! After having a baby, I was like, there's nothing I can't do. So now I'm just trying to knock off all my dreams on my dream list," Trainor told PEOPLE recently.

According to the star, she had been trying to get pregnant "months ago" but had been too busy with work commitments. Trainor, who released her fifth studio album, "Takin' It Back," in October, added that she has bought her son eight outfits for the holiday season.

Trainor and Sabara were married in 2018 in a private ceremony at their Los Angeles home. The couple met in 2016 and got engaged in 2017 after Sabara proposed on Trainor's 24th birthday.

Trainor, known for her hits such as "All About That Bass" and "Lips Are Movin," has often gushed about her husband in interviews and on social media, calling him the "love of my life" and "my everything."

Sabara, best known for his role as Juni Cortez in the "Spy Kids" franchise, has also expressed his love for Trainor, saying in an interview that he knew she was the one for him from the moment they met.

The couple welcomed their first child, Riley, in 2020 and have expressed their desire to expand their family in the future.
