On January 2, 2023, rapper YoungBoy Never Broke Again, also known as NBA YoungBoy, announced that he will be releasing a new album titled "I Rest My Case" on January 6.

This news was shared by DJ Akademiks on Instagram, who posted the cover art for the album, which features YoungBoy reaching towards the sky while surrounded by devilish figures in the clouds.

"I Rest My Case" will be YoungBoy's latest project, following the release of "Lost Files" on December 23 and "Ma' I Got a Family" in October. In total, the rapper has released eight projects in 2022 alone.

In November, YoungBoy sparked rumors that he may be considering retiring from rapping when he posted a picture of his hard drive on Instagram and offered it for sale for $100 million, stating "You can have it for 100 million and I'll never rap again on everything."

Meanwhile, the artist has recently shared on Instagram Story that he has turned down offers worth $15 million to go on tour. "I don't wanna do another show. I don't want nothing but a bigger house," he said. "It gave me time for myself. My daughter knows who I am - I know who I am."

Overall, it seems that NBA YoungBoy is looking forward to the release of "I Rest My Case" and is eager to continue sharing his music with fans.
