Fans of the reality show "Vanderpump Rules" noticed a bruise near Tom's right eye in the midseason 10 trailer, which was filmed after their split.
In the trailer, Tom told Ariana that he wished they had tried harder to make things work, to which Ariana replied with hostility.
Tom Claims Domestic Assault by Ariana Madix in Interview
In a recent interview on the "Howie Mandel Does Stuff" podcast, Tom alleged that Ariana physically attacked him when he attempted to break up with her.
He stated that they were able to calm down and talk after the altercation, but that Ariana refused to let him leave her, telling him that he would have to force her out of the relationship.
Tom also disclosed that at the time of the altercation, he had not yet revealed to Ariana that he had been having an affair with Raquel Leviss for several months.
Ariana has yet to comment on Tom's allegations.
