Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have unwrapped their 2023 holiday card, spreading cheer and gratitude. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex shared their season's greetings on Friday, December 15, via email, extending warm wishes on behalf of their philanthropic venture, Archewell.

The chosen image for the card captures a radiant moment from the closing ceremony of the 2023 Invictus Games held in Dusseldorf, Germany, this past September. Meghan, adorned in a stunning green strapless dress embellished with delicate laser-cut flower details, stands alongside Prince Harry, who sports a classic black suit. The couple is seen applauding as the U.S. team takes the stage, accompanied by the iconic strains of Bruce Springsteen's "Born in the USA." Notably absent from the card are their adorable children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet.

The card features a simple yet heartfelt message: "We wish you a very happy holiday season. Thanks for all the support in 2023!" Clicking on the card redirects recipients to the Archewell Foundation's Impact Report for 2022 to 2023, emphasizing the couple's commitment to their charitable endeavors.

This joyful announcement comes hot on the heels of Prince Harry's legal victory in a phone hacking lawsuit against Mirror Group Newspapers. In a triumphant statement, the royal reflected on the challenges of standing up to powerful entities, saying, "I've been told that slaying dragons will get you burned, but in light of today's victory and the importance of doing what is needed for a free and honest press, it is a worthwhile price to pay. The mission continues."

Despite the legal battles, Meghan shared earlier in November at Variety's Power of Women event in Los Angeles that the couple is relishing the holiday season with their young ones. When asked about their favorite holiday tradition, Meghan expressed, "Our little ones are little, and we're enjoying every moment of it." As the year draws to a close, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex stand united in both festive celebration and unwavering commitment to their causes.
