A fan requested Sam to take care of Britney, and on Friday, the model and actor took to Instagram to reply, posting "I got you America."
In his post, Sam included an emoji depicting flexed biceps, winking, and praying hands.
To date, that was Britney's biggest victory in her struggle to reclaim her life.
Meanwhile, Britney and Sam have been inseparable since they met on the set of the "Slumber Party" music video in 2016.
