Britney Spears posted a graphic on her Instagram recently that reads, "I'm not perfect." As she opened up about the abusive conservatorship she was subjected to for 13 years in the caption, the Pop Princess also revealed how badly she was hurt by the act.

Britney wrote, "I can understand that my posts complaining about my past may seem consistent! It must seem like I have an extremely hard time letting it all go. But for me, the real problem to me is that my family, to this day, honestly have no conscience whatsoever and really believe in their minds they have done nothing wrong at all."

In case you don't know, the pop star has stated that her father Jamie Spears was essentially the one who initiated the conservatorship, her sister Jamie Lynn Spears enabled it, and her mother Lynne gave him the idea in the first place.

Since Lynne legitimately commented on her daughter's recent post, she must have noticed the apology request.

"I am so sorry for your pain," she commented. "I have been sorry for years. I love you so much and miss you! Please unblock me, so I can speak to you in person. Britney, deep down you know how much I love and miss you! I apologize for anything and everything that's hurt you!"

Lynne's comment has not yet been responded to by Britney, but we'll keep you updated.
