Hilary Duff Blasts Aaron Carter's Posthumous Tell-All - Here's Why

In 2000, Aaron Carter and Hilary Duff met as fellow teen idols, and they dated on-and-off until 2003.

"Aaron Carter: An Incomplete Story of an Incomplete Life," a posthumous tell-all of Aaron, alleges that he and Hilary lost their virginities to each other.

On November 15, Ballast Books will release his memoir written in collaboration with author Andy Symonds.

In an interview with Daily Mail, Hilary said, "It's really sad that within a week of Aaron’s death, there's a publisher that seems to be recklessly pushing a book out to capitalize on this tragedy."

"To water down Aaron's life story to what seems to be unverified click-bait for profit is disgusting," she added. "In no way do I condone shedding any light on what is so obviously an uninformed, heartless, money grab."

The early 2000s were marked by an alleged love triangle between Lindsay Lohan, Aaron and Hilary.

On November 5, Aaron was found dead in the bath at his home in Lancaster, California.
