Martha Kalifatidis, a star of the popular reality television show Married At First Sight (MAFS), recently shared a topless pregnancy photo of herself on Instagram, accompanied by a tongue-in-cheek caption referencing the significant growth of her breasts throughout her pregnancy.

The caption, "I hope this kid is hungry," was met with positive reactions from her fellow reality stars, including Big Brother's Skye Wheatley and Love Island winner Tayla Damir.

Martha is pregnant with her MAFS partner and real-life fiance, Michael Brunelli's child. The original due date was February 28th, 2023, but it has been delayed by a week.

Throughout her pregnancy, Martha has been open about her struggles with hyperemesis gravidarum, a severe form of morning sickness characterized by chronic nausea, vomiting, dizziness, and electrolyte disturbance.

In a candid Instagram post, Martha shared her emotional experience of pregnancy and the physical and mental toll it has taken on her.

She revealed that she spent four days in a row on the couch last week, feeling like she had COVID but testing negative, and that she has no energy, a sore throat, and is hot and cold.

She also expressed her anxiety over work commitments and feeling like she has neglected everything she worked so hard to build.

Martha also shared that she feels like she has lost herself during her pregnancy and that all she has felt for the past eight months is suffering.

She acknowledged that she is hormonal and that she feels like a selfish bitch for even writing about her struggles, but she hopes that by sharing her experience, she can help others going through similar difficulties.

Pregnancy can be a challenging and emotional time for many women, and it's important to remember that it's okay to not always feel excited or happy about it.

It's also important to seek support from loved ones, healthcare providers, or mental health professionals if needed.

Martha's openness and vulnerability in sharing her experience is a reminder that we are not alone in our struggles and that it's essential to take care of ourselves and our mental health during this time.
