Adele Opens Up About Health Issues During Las Vegas Residency

Adele has disclosed details about her physical condition during the latter half of her Las Vegas residency at Caesars Palace Colosseum.

Adele's 32-show performance run of "Weekends with Adele" began in November, and during one of her recent shows, she candidly spoke about her health, informing the audience that she is performing with a disintegrated disc in her spine.

According to The Evening Standard, the 34-year-old musician stated that she has bad sciatica in her left leg and her L5 disc has worn away, which is a common condition that many people her age experience.

The L5 vertebrae nerves provide sensation to the outer side of the lower leg, the upper part of the foot, and the space between the first and second toe. Compression of the L5 vertebrae nerve can lead to sciatica, causing physical pain, numbness, and weakness.

Adele had previously mentioned some of these symptoms during her New Year's Eve performance, stating in a video obtained by The Daily Star that she had to "waddle these days as I have really bad sciatica."
