Kanye West has recently returned to Instagram and expressed newfound admiration for Jewish people.

The impetus for this revelation appears to be Jonah Hill's performance in the 2012 film "21 Jump Street," which appears to have resonated with West.

In a post featuring a poster for the film, West wrote that "Watching Jonah Hill in 21 Jump Street made me like Jewish people again."

He went on to emphasize the importance of not conflating individual grievances with larger groups, stating that "No Christian can be labeled antisemite knowing Jesus is Jew."

West has recently made numerous controversial statements, both in interviews and on social media, resulting in lost business deals and social isolation.

Of particular concern was a tweet in October 2022 in which he threatened to go "death con 3 on Jewish people."

As of this writing, Jonah Hill has not commented on West's recent Instagram post.
