Former Nickelodeon Star Drake Bell Found Safe After Reported Missing

Former Nickelodeon star, Drake Bell, recently made headlines after being reported missing by the Daytona Beach Police Department. However, just hours after the report was released, law enforcement officials confirmed that they were in contact with the actor and that he is "safe."

While no other details were released at that time, it was confirmed that Bell was enjoying time with his nearly 2-year-old son just one day before he was reported missing, according to reports.

Bell, whose real name is Jared Bell, welcomed his son, Jeremy, with his wife, Janet Von Schmeling, in June 2021. The couple had been married since 2018 but in January 2023, it was reported that they had separated after four years of marriage and were likely to get divorced.

Despite rumors that the missing person report was a hoax, the Daytona Beach Police Department insisted that Bell's disappearance was legitimate. It remains unclear why Bell was reported missing, but the witness who saw him at SeaWorld in Orlando, where he was enjoying time with his son, reported that the actor seemed fine.

Bell is best known for his role as Drake Parker in the Nickelodeon sitcom, "Drake & Josh," which aired from 2004 to 2007. While the circumstances surrounding his recent disappearance remain unknown, fans of the actor will be relieved to know that he has been found safe and sound.
