The video's content quickly went viral, inspiring memes and posts from users expressing their outrage over the incident.

The Search for the Cat Killer

On May 3rd, there were claims that the cat killer had been arrested and that he was a food blogger in China. However, these claims remain unconfirmed.

Reports of the Arrest

There were reports of the arrest of a Chinese blogger, Xu Mouhui, who had previously been arrested for uploading a video online torturing a cat in a forest in Lucheng Town, Funan County.

However, it is unclear whether this was the same person responsible for the cat blender video.
