Hemsworth went shirtless as he pounded at his trainer's boxing mitts. The star captioned the clip: "Kickin' the weekend off right."
As of this writing, the video has been viewed more than seven million times. Many viewers have commented on it as well.
Hemsworth first rose to fame in Australia as Kim Hyde in the TV series "Home and Away." He made his film debut in 2009 when he starred as George Kirk in the science fiction action film "Star Trek."
Hemsworth is best known for portraying Thor in eight Marvel films. He has also starred in movies like "Men in Black: International," "Ghostbusters," "Rush," "Snow White and the Huntsman," and "Blackhat."
