Leaked DMs alleged Manson derided Lana Del Rey after her body was captured by paparazzi cameras looking fat.
In the screenshot of the DMs, the 52-year-old musician remarked on Del Rey's physical appearance.
"Not body shaming. Or whatever. But that pic is f***ing crazy," Manson wrote. "It's like Vince Neil bad."
He named the "Video Games" singer "Lasagna Del Ray." He went on to explain his relationship with Del Ray: "I know her. And my good friend was dating her and hilariously enough I did a photoshoot that they used her hair extensions dyed black and I had an octopus on my head."
Manson then claimed, "She is really complicated. I'll leave it at that." The singer also asked the same friend to get mug shots of "Ashley Walters and pretend actress Esme Bianca" in another series of text exchanges.
