Here's The Final Resting Place Of Late Queen Elizabeth II


The Queen's coffin traveled eight days in an elaborate royal procession before being laid to rest.

An image released by Buckingham Palace this weekend shows the final resting place of Queen Elizabeth II.

The post to the Royal Family's Twitter account stated, "A ledger stone has been installed at the King George VI Memorial Chapel, following the interment of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth. The King George VI Memorial Chapel sits within the walls of St George’s Chapel, Windsor."

Following her family's private service, the engraved ledger stone was installed in the King George VI Memorial Chapel.

Her Majesty's name is next to those of her parents, King George VI and Queen Elizabeth, as well as those of her late husband, Prince Philip.
