The renowned actress has reached an agreement to provide her ex-spouse with a monthly sum of $8000 in the form of child support.
This arrangement pertains to their shared son, Maceo. Moreover, Berry has also committed to paying Martinez "4.3% of any earnings exceeding $2,000,000.”
The decision comes subsequent to Berry and Martinez's announcement of their separation through a joint statement issued to PEOPLE.
The statement expressed their mutual sentiment, stating, "It is with a heavy heart that we have come to the decision to divorce.
“We move forward with love and respect for one another and the shared focus of what is best for our son.
"We wish each other nothing but happiness in life and we hope that you respect our and, most importantly, our children’s privacy as we go through this difficult period."
