On November 22, pop superstars Justin Bieber and Shawn Mendes took the stage of the American Music Awards to start the award show with their latest collaboration.

Bieber sang his recent hits, "Holy" and "Lonely," before being joined by Mendes for an emotional performance of "Monster."
