Offset recently accused Cardi B, the renowned artist behind the hit song "WAP," of being unfaithful. However, Cardi quickly refuted these claims. Nevertheless, an anonymous source has shed some light on the situation.
According to the insider, "They're just having a little quarrel. They're very intense so they go back and forth quite a bit. They'll hash it out like they always do." Despite this statement, representatives for both Cardi B and Offset have yet to respond to inquiries from PEOPLE.
The tension between the couple began when Offset, aged 31, posted a now-deleted Instagram Story containing the following words: "My wife f---ed a N---- on me gang yall n---- know how I come."
In response, Cardi, aged 30, initiated a conversation on Twitter Space, where she sang a portion of the first verse from Keyshia Cole's song "I Should Have Cheated." During this Twitter Space discussion, Cardi defended herself and advised her listeners to disregard Offset's behavior. She also shared the difficulties she faces in relationships due to her fame.
This is not the first time that the couple, who commenced their relationship in February 2017, has encountered allegations of infidelity.
