Here's Ed Sheeran's Secret To Losing 50 Pounds

During an interview, Ed Sheeran discussed his approach to losing weight, which involves stepping up the intensity of his workouts, which helped him lose 50 pounds.


The acclaimed singer mentioned that he incorporates quick interval training into his daily routine.

"I did ten minutes a day without fail--intervals of 30 seconds sprinting and 30 jogging," Ed explained. "The key is to not miss a day, so you don’t have to do an hour."


Furthermore, he revealed that he varies the duration of his exercise sessions by running, swimming, and doing sit-ups.

Along with exercising regularly, Ed also changed his eating habits, cutting down on the amount of junk food he consumed.

The star said, "I was eating like a takeaway every single day, and now I don't eat takeaway every single day and it's been good."

While he was losing weight, Ed also stopped drinking beer. As of now, he drinks in moderation and exercises to keep it in check.
